Who we are

About Scholer Educational Consulting

We partner with schools and districts to build the systems, capacity, and culture that every student deserves.

Our mission

Transforming Special Education from the Inside Out

Scholer Educational Consulting was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every student with a disability deserves a free and appropriate public education — and every school deserves the support to deliver it.

We work alongside school leaders, special education directors, and teachers to turn complex compliance requirements into practical, sustainable systems. Our approach is never one-size-fits-all. We listen first, then build solutions that fit your community, your staff, and your students.

From IEP quality reviews to professional development, monitoring readiness, and program improvement, we bring deep expertise and genuine partnership to every engagement.

Student Centered

Every recommendation we make starts with one question: what does this mean for students? Outcomes for kids drive every decision.

Data Driven

We use evidence and data to identify gaps, measure progress, and guide improvement — so change is grounded in reality, not assumption.

Compliance Focused

Compliance is not a burden — it is a framework for equity. We help schools meet their legal obligations while building stronger programs.
